WaterFurnace offers same day shipping of replacement parts and convenient support in finding and ordering the needed part or parts. Servicing our systems is a breeze as they've all been engineered with the technician in mind and provide access and ease of service.
Our communicating Aurora Controls utilize the Aurora Interface Diagnostic (AID) Tool to setup, configure, and troubleshoot WaterFurnace equipment. The Aurora UPC Touch is also available to remotely access the UPC system without needing to be at the unit.
WaterFurnace stands by our equipment and offers a variety of warranty options for each of our systems. Choose to keep the standard 18-months parts only warranty or buy up to extended compressor and refrigerant circuit warranties.
