Credit & Collections Analyst

Job Overview

The Credit & Collections Analyst will work closely with the sales team to build lasting relationships with our customers while also mitigating the Company's risk. This position is multi-faceted and includes responsibilities for both collections and credit and requires constant communication with both internal & external customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Analyzing orders on credit hold;
  • Contact past due customer accounts;
  • Review all payments received daily;
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally;
  • Respond to customer calls, emails and/or faxes;
  • Process new prospective dealer applications
  • Review customer accounts for credit limit and term changes;
  • Recommendations for writing off accounts and/or referrals;
  • Secure orders as needed;

Qualifications

Education Requirements: High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent required. Related college coursework or degree preferred.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of two (2) or more years of related experience, preference of B2B collections.

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel (calculate, sort and sum)

Our SalesForce Customer Service system is top-tier. Our training program not only equips you for success in this role, but also includes career advancement opportunity & tuition reimbursement

We’re seeking an Inside Sales professional to make business-to-business outbound phone calls to a select group of WaterFurnace's network of Dealers, to promote and support incremental sales. This position requires up to 10 percent travel.

Responsibilities and Duties

Outbound Sales Calls & Telemarketing (70%):

  • Calling Dealers—selling and marketing WaterFurnace.
  • Communicating the value proposition, product features and benefits.
  • Capturing sales orders and leads.
  • Driving promotions and campaigns.

Dealer / Territory Manager Inquiries and Emails (20%)

  • Answer Dealer questions.
  • Check inventory and pricing.
  • Enter sales orders received via phone and fax.
  • Process sales orders received via the WaterFurnace order fulfillment web portal.

Dealer Credits, RMAs, and Miscellaneous (10%)

Qualifications

Education Requirements: High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent required. Related college coursework or degree preferred.

Experience Requirements: At least three (3) years of Inside Sales, telemarketing, or significant outbound selling experience. Experience in a commercial or business-to-business technical products environment is preferred.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Foster teamwork within WaterFurnace and with Dealers. Consistently provide a professional and upbeat telephone experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word.

Job Overview

The Manager of Residential Customer Operations will lead the Residential Dealer- Distribution Customer Service and Warranty Administration team to continue best in class customer support. This includes strategic leadership in support of key company initiatives and team effectiveness in support of our customers. This position will ensure our Dealer and Distributor partners experience world class performance in delivery, service, warranty, new product introductions and technology. This includes maintaining positive relationships with our customers, appropriate industry associations and WaterFurnace associates. This is a significant role serving a major business segment and potential market growth for WaterFurnace.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for processes and procedures to increase customer satisfaction and potential sales.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to Customer Service and Warranty administration to improve their service and sales effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic leadership on key initiatives to improve Residential team effectiveness through process improvement. (Salesforce, ecommerce, problem solving, etc.)
  • Provide strategic leadership on Consumer Relations opportunities, including support of legal cases that may come from consumer concerns.
  • Create annual budgets to ensure effective individual development and business support (appropriate training, partner visits, Sales meetings etc.).
  • Evaluate team performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Use powered hand tools, brazing torch, lift tables, hand-held scanner, and forklift.

  • Cross-train on different assembly stations.
  • Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM until 3:30 PM.

Job Overview

  • Manage product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Development, IT and Operations
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to Partners
  • Drive a solution set across development teams (primarily Product Development, and Marketing) through market requirements, product specification, and positioning

  • Develop short and long term residential product and strategic plans and review quarterly.
  • Evaluate competitor products, pricing and solutions; performs competitive analysis and review quarterly.
  • Lead Voice of the Customer efforts to ensure we identify customer needs on a continual basis.
  • Maintain contact with the sales force to monitor trends and keep informed of needs.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure synergism of objectives.
  • Prioritize each product opportunity.
  • Coordinate product integration/launches/changes through the stage/gate process to drive implementation and market adoption.

Residential Trainer

Residential Trainer

Job Overview

WaterFurnace is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to fill the role of Residential Trainer for our Residential channel. The qualified candidate will be highly self-disciplined in task and time management, analytical minded, and able to operate independently. They should possess leadership qualities that enable them to make recommendations and drive the execution of training programs or strategies quickly. This individual will also contribute to the continuous development of the training curriculum by engaging stakeholders both within and outside of the WaterFurnace organization, establishing themselves as the go-to expert for Residential products. They will be able to adapt their content delivery to various environments in order to create and maintain effective learning and material retention. A candidate with extensive HVAC knowledge is required and NATE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct pre-deployment needs assessment (Territory Manager, Warranty and Tech Support data)
  • Self-coordinate travel and material logistics
  • Position requires 50-75% seasonal travel
  • Execute the assigned training and hands on exercises to ensure proficiency
  • Test, poll and conduct after action review
  • Conduct exit logistics plan for all supporting materials and documents
  • Identify curriculum needs based on warranty and partner proficiency data
  • Organize and outline content in support of skill acquisition goals
  • Build content utilizing various references approved by WaterFurnace Engineering
  • Review all training manuals and update with new printed materials
  • Review all training PowerPoint slides and identify all slides that need changes or need to be deleted or replaced
  • Update all training parts kits
  • Update all trainer boards and repair if necessary
  • Teach, advise and consult with other teams regarding shared interest
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Residential Trainer position will possess a demonstrated track record of results with the following abilities:

  • HVAC/R Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • NATE / IGSHPA certification within 12 months of employment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are mandatory. The right candidate will utilize these capabilities regularly to successfully present and communicate requirements from stakeholders, meeting minutes, business processes, etc.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industry and technical journals.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

The Territory Manager drives sales growth through development and engagement activities inside an assigned market. Market development activities will include increasing demand and consumer awareness thru marketing, networking and education.   • Meet or exceed annual sales and contribution margin goals
