WaterFurnace Versatec Compact Horizontal units are an
excellent choice for commercial or institutional applications with multiple small zones in boiler/cooling tower or geothermal applications. Units are available in 3 sizes (¾, 1 and 1½ tons). Versatec Compact Horizontal units provide the user with a great combination of performance,
flexibility, options and value. The physical dimensions of the units are similar to older vintage water source heat pumps made by other manufacturers to facilitate retro-fits.
All Versatec units utilize R-22 refrigerant and PSC blower motors. Standard electromechanical controls with compressor control modules are included to facilitate easy installation and quick service. Airflow options are either left side or end discharge, all with right side return air. Heat exchangers can be copper (standard) or cupro-nickel (when used on open loop systems). Heavy gauge metal cabinets add durability to the system. |
