Description

WaterFurnace International, Inc., the most respected name in geothermal heat pumps, seeks a dedicated, Graphic Design professional to support its Engineering and Product Development functions with technical document development and management services.

WaterFurnace International designs, manufactures and exports ground-sourced heat pumps. These products are widely used in single family homes, apartments, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, and factories, as well as in facilities with special environmental requirements.

Description

Reporting to the Vice President - Engineering, your accountabilities will include:
  • Page layout of technical literature, installation manuals, specification catalogs and submittal data.
  • Coordination of document production with the Marketing Department.
  • Maintenance of the data library, efficiently safeguarding all lab data, performance data master files and drawings.
  • Compliance with all WFI and OSHA policies, procedures, specifications and standards.
  • Effective collaboration within a team environment, incorporating the guidance and inputs needed for the creation and/or revision of technical documents.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
  • Vocational or college-level coursework in computer-based graphic design, preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in the use of computer graphic systems such as page layout, graphic design printing, and web development technologies, along with document management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a variety of software environments, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat, along with file format conversion and page format specifications.

WaterFurnace International designs, manufactures and exports ground-sourced heat pumps. These products are widely used in single family homes, apartments, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, and factories, as well as in facilities with special environmental requirements.

Description

Reporting to the Manager—IT Infrastructure, your accountabilities will include:
  • Manage, maintain, and administer Cisco UC system
  • Manage, maintain, and administer Virtualized Server environment
  • Windows Active Directory administration
  • Windows Terminal Services administration
  • Systems uptime and availability management
  • E-mail, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall administration
  • System Back-ups
  • Network Security, System log review and Performance monitoring
  • System and Network Upgrades/Planning
  • Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing Internal and external network testing and assessments
  • Assist users with software and hardware issues
  • Assist IT Infrastructure Manager with quoting/purchasing activities and other miscellaneous projects
  • Assist with Risk Management assessments and activities

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience with Windows Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Basic familiarity with virtualization concepts. VMware experience a plus.

Location: Missouri

Description

WaterFurnace International, the most respected name in geothermal heat pumps, seeks an ambitious, dedicated sales professional to support continued growth in the residential and light commercial HVAC market. Candidates should be comfortable leveraging the Internet and technology to drive sales. Established relationships with area dealers and utilities a plus.

Duties

Call on Dealers
  • Answer product questions
  • Visit job sites
  • Resolve problems and pricing questions
  • Introduce new products & marketing programs
Assist Dealers with application challenges
  • Answer unit selection and application questions, including sizing analysis
  • Assist with quotes and order details
Respond to Customer Inquires
  • Find solutions to specific end user consumer questions
Assist Dealers with Training Schools, Shows, and Trade Initiatives
  • Participate in Dealer and Industry trade shows
  • Schedule and host Dealer training schools (with Trainers)
  • Train Dealers on WaterFurnace programs, including marketing allowances and warranty
  • Promote WaterFurnace geothermal solutions by allying with electric utilities, builders and green living advocates
Seek new Dealers to represent and install our products

Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: High School Diploma, or equivalent required. BS/BA preferred.
  • Experience Requirements: At least five (5) years experience in B2B sales. Skilled with development and delivery of PowerPoint presentations. HVAC or geothermal contracting experience, preferred.
