Accounting Specialist - Accounts Receivable

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Description

Reporting to the General Accounting Manager, the responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist / AR role include the following:
  • Apply cash receipts daily in system:
    • Lockbox
    • Direct
    • Credit cards
    • Wire transfers and ACH
    • Adjustments to accounts
  • Process Credit Memos, Debit Memos for advertising and other adjustments
  • Enter new vendors when needed
  • Reconcile petty cash quarterly
  • Conduct internal control testing quarterly
  • Special Projects

Qualifications

Education Requirements: High School Diploma, plus some college coursework.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of two (2) or more years of related experience. Must have strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

The ideal candidate for the Accounting Specialist role will possess a demonstrated track record of results with the following abilities:
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel (calculate, sort and sum)

CRM Administrator

CRM Administrator

WaterFurnace International, a leading manufacturer of energy efficient heating & cooling solutions for the residential and commercial markets, is looking for a Salesforce expert to join our team as the CRM Administrator. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, resourceful and creative Salesforce administrator to have a major impact on a growing international organization.

As the owner and expert of the systems, the Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of these platforms. This includes handling data and workflows issues and identifying areas for process improvement. In addition, the Administrator creates and maintains all reports and dashboards. The Administrator is also responsible for educating and training staff on proper utilization of the systems and maintaining proper documentation.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the CRM Administrator is responsible for developing and executing system configuration, tools, reporting, and support of our Salesforce CRM system; collaboration with the CRM Steering committee to ensure successful implementation of application design, configuration, fields, integration, and custom objects; and working cross functionally with sales, marketing, service, and IT.

Successful candidates will combine technical aptitude, communication skills (to gain the support and buy-in of users), and a business aptitude (to understand how CRM can enhance the business or how change requests in one area will affect users in another).

Duties

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support, as needed
  • Establish and perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, and storage management
  • Work with steering committee to develop and execute strategic and tactical goals for leveraging Salesforce functionality
  • Create dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, custom objects, object relationships, and standard/custom fields
  • Provide ad-hoc customized reporting and training on those reports
  • Work with steering committee and end-users to provide best practices, training, and tips to increase adoption and usage
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new functionalities
  • Research and recommend Salesforce and third party applications that improve Salesforce engagement and effectiveness

Requirements and Qualifications

Qualifications - Minimum
  • A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience as an administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical degree
  • Proven success designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills - People rely on you for clear, concise information
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Ability to think from a business & technical perspective
Qualifications - Preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
  • Experience with Apex, Visual Force, SQL, JavaScript preferred
  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments preferred
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools helpful — preferably Tableau
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools helpful — preferably Eloqua

  • Install couplers, vacuum lines, copper tubing, wiring, and sheet metal panels.
  • Cross-train on different assembly stations.
  • Schedule: Weekdays; 1st Shift.

Our mission is to bring energy efficient products and technologies to our Customers. This position supports the product development of geothermal heat pumps for residential and commercial applications, with industry-leading functionalities that efficiently deliver the highest levels of comfort and system performance.

Duties

The Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for the design and development of product controls, analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation of real-time embedded software for the WaterFurnace products, and support of Engineering teams and other internal customers on controls-related matters. Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager, your duties would include the following:
  • Analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation of real-time embedded software.
  • Analysis of product application needs and field issues, integrating inputs from Sales, Marketing, Warranty, and Field Technical resources into software design.
  • Writing program code, documenting the step-by-step engineering architecture development process that was followed. Write ECO’s for releasing the code and specification. Contribute to the creation of the product manual.
  • Writing test procedures and supporting field and lab testing to ensure efficient and effective systems operation that meets design requirements.
  • Participating in software inspections and design reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

Requirements:
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering; Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing embedded applications with programming in C, Assembly language.
  • Good working knowledge of networking protocols (Modbus, BACnet, LON, TCP/IP).
  • Experience with engineering tools such as debuggers, emulators, version control, compilers/assemblers.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, time management skills, and demonstrated ability to work in self-directed fashion.
Preferred
  • Experience developing embedded applications on Microchip PIC microprocessors
  • HVAC Controls System Design experience

Mechanical Engineer

Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering – Commercial Products, the Mechanical Engineer contributes full time design support to the team efforts for both project and development engineering of our new and existing products, including developing and analyzing lab tests, facilitating vendor interface, arranging field trials, and providing creative solutions to support the engineering product team goals.

Drawing on a solid working knowledge of refrigeration systems and HVAC installation and service as well as typical plumbing and electrical practices, your accountabilities will include:
  • Developing potential HVAC designs using lab and/or computer modeling data.
  • Supporting engineering lab testing and test unit development.
  • Acquiring and analyzing field data, as needed.

Senior Controls Engineer / HVAC Technician

Description

WaterFurnace International, the most respected name in geothermal heat pumps and large chillers for commercial applications, seeks a skilled professional to create embedded controls programming for various product applications.

Duties

Reporting to the Vice President — Product Management & Customer Services, the duties and responsibilities of the Senior Controls Engineer include the following:

  • Design, implement, modify, and maintain the control system for Heat Pumps and Chillers. Further, implement sophisticated heat pump solutions into complex building environments.
  • Installation (commissioning), diagnosing, and repair of environmental-control systems both at the factory and at job locations, utilizing knowledge of electronics, direct digital control, airflow, hydronic, refrigeration theory, and control and mechanical techniques.
  • End to end testing, programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects. Represents the company by serving as the direct customer contact and is responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer's location.
  • Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. Demonstrated proficiency with Jace Niagara AX and automated logic web control series.
  • Regular travel requirements with occasional overnight stays. Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work as the business requires.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher level of education or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with Applied HVAC Controls.
  • 2 years of experience with IT networks.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills oral and written.
  • Strong time management skills must be a self-motivator
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience working with fire alarm and/or security systems.
  • Experience with system integration, networking and software interfaces.
