Accounting Specialist - Accounts Payable (AP)
Part-time Employment: 20 hours per week
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Description
Reporting to the Staff Accountant, the responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist - AP include the following:
- Matching packing slips to invoices
- Entering Invoices
- Coding and entering Freight invoices
- Scanning check backups
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
The ideal candidate for the Accounting Specialist-AP will possess a demonstrated track record of results with the following abilities:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel (calculate, sort and sum)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Reporting to the Materials Manager, the key accountabilities of the Buyer include the following:
- Balance inventory demand, schedule, and weeks-on-hand to adjust expected receipts to accommodate schedule changes, along with optimization of supplier shipment lot sizes to improve turns.
- Reduce component cost through critical review & analysis of the supply base and effective negotiation.
- Adapt reporting methods to optimize information transfer with suppliers to fully leverage timely, useful, and dependable data.
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of purchasing experience in a high-velocity, Lean assembly or Lean manufacturing environment.
- Supply Chain Management Certificate, preferred.

Consumer Relations Specialist
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Description
Reporting to the Consumer Relations Coordinator, the responsibilities of the Consumer Relations Specialist include the following:
- Answer questions, research and respond to Consumer questions (Homeowner) and concerns via phone calls, emails and letters.
- Record Consumer questions and concerns in the database.
- Support the efforts of the Social Media function, answering questions, researching and responding to Consumer issues and complaints, and then recording issues and complaints in the database.
- Process Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs): Enter information into the system, create the RMA, and notify Shipping & Receiving of the RMA.
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of two (2) or more years of related experience in a Customer Service role.
The ideal candidate for the Consumer Relations Specialist will possess a demonstrated track record of results with the following abilities:
- Professional, courteous telephone etiquette.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and process integrity.

Senior Collector
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Description
Reporting to the Credit & Collections Team Leader, the responsibilities of the Senior Collector (Business-to-Business) include the following:
- Releasing orders on credit hold;
- Reviewing all payments received daily to ensure orders are released timely;
- Communicating with Territory Sales Managers;
- Reconciling accounts with customers via phone, emailing and/or faxing;
- Accepting incoming customer calls;
- Process new dealer applications and review accounts for credit limit changes;
- Making recommendations for writing off accounts;
- Securing orders;
- Noting all past due accounts with client communications, payment dates and amounts.
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Related college coursework, preferred.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of related Business-to-Business credit and collections experience.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Collector role will possess a demonstrated track record of results with the following abilities:
